I get asked all time about the various program options we have and while these three are by no means the only types we can do, they seem to be the most popular. Sadly I don’t have a beautiful photo of the third style so a mock up will have to do but former clients have sent along photos of our other styles from their weddings. So, to get to it….we have the card style which is the top photo shown below and comes in various sizes but is usually about 5.5″ x 8.5″ and is printed on both the front and the back. Then we have the program fan which is great for summer weddings or  for late spring and early fall weddings. The program fan is also printed on both sides and while I design the fan I send it out to be printed and the fans come straight to your door ready to be used. The last style is the booklet style which has a cover, two inside panels and room on the back for a personal note.

Thanks for stopping by, Kate

A wonderful client of mine just sent along some photos from her wedding. They had their reception at the wonderful Mount Hope Farm in Bristol. These guys were great to work with and I’m sure their wedding was picture perfect. In addition to the invitations we worked on place cards, table cards and program fans which all helped to complete the look they were going for.

Thanks to Christina Kimmell for the wonderful photography!

Just received some new photos from a former client. We did her invitation suite but also had the fortune to create her table cards, place cards, and wine bottle labels. For the table cards each table was named for a red sox player of the couples choice and we included a little bio on the player beneath his jersey. It adds a little whimsy to the table and gets people talking probably too! For the place cards we used the same fonts and created a little baseball diamond in keeping with our baseball theme. The wine bottle labels had our popular newport bridge graphic along with the bride and grooms name and type of wine. More photos of the wine bottles to come

Did some tropical themed Table Cards and Place Cards a few months back and am just getting to posting these on the blog. Colors matched the brides colors and if memory serves properly they were having a destination wedding in Punta Cana…ooohhh lala! Love it!

Just completed some rehearsal invitations for a client having their rehearsal here in Newport, RI aboard the Majestic. We took our cue from the surroundings and used a lighthouse sketch on the invitation to add some flair. The background paper while the same pattern as the invitations is a different color to set itself apart.

Just finished a cute set of table cards and favor labels for an upcoming September wedding. All the bridesmaids dresses are purple as well. Should come together nicely!

Last year I had the pleasure of working on a wedding with a great couple from Portsmouth who were married at Belle Mer in Newport. Katlem worked on their wedding invitations and was also lucky enough to create menus, table cards, place cards and programs for use at their reception and ceremony. All photos below were taken by Corbin M. Harris Photography.

I decided it was time to post some save the date cards that we have done over the past year or so….we can do many different styles and these represent just a few! Save the dates can coordinate with your wedding stationery as the Atlantis save the date did or they can be a completely different design in order to keep your wedding stationery under wraps until your ready to unveil  your colors and theme. This is all keeping in mind of course that you are in fact sending a save the date in the first place which is not absolutely necessary! I’m a stationery designer and didn’t send one for my own wedding…granted we planned the event in about 7 months (when a perfect venue calls there is no passing it up)! :)

Today I thought I’d post a couple photos of place cards and table cards Katlem Design & Invitations created for a fall country club wedding. These place cards and table numbers happened to coordinate with the couples wedding invitations but there is no hard and fast rule about that.

You can find these items on my website under the “Fallin for You” set.
