Well, we focus so much on weddings around here today I thought I’d post a couple designs we did for a local boutique baby shop, Infant Interiors. They were looking for baby shower invitations so we drafted up a couple different designs for them. Sometimes it’s fun to work on other projects…especially when they involve babies!

I had the pleasure of designing some baby shower invitations for a friend over the summer. We worked together on them and where she was having a girl and her favorite colors are brown and pink it seemed pretty clear what direction the shower invitations would take. We thought we’d put a modern twist on the invitations since this gal is clearly a modern woman! As a surprise I thought why not make her some thank you notes to match. I took the same the same theme & aesthetic, changed it up a bit to create some modern and equally fabulous thank you cards.
As a side note, to make it easier for the mom-to-be a basket was passed around at the shower containing all the envelopes and a few pens. Each guest wrote their address on the envelope. When it came time for sending the thank you notes out the task was much easier and I’d guess more enjoyable as well!
